Moving Buddha's head and Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche essence ;-)

Me and 5 others went back to SMC for 2 days during the evacuation. We were to help the team that was still there prepare the land: "fire mitigation".
We mainly helped Joshua help many MANY sacred objects into the Great Stupa - which was the most safe structure on the land (pure concrete and not directly surrounded by trees).

The biggest adventure was moving a beautiful Dakini (deity) statue that weigh about 400 to 500 pounds - without proper moving tools. After very scary improvising and trying the first day, 2 guys build a more solid carrying-structure with which we were able to move the Dakini into the stupa. It took 9 people!
