South Lake Tahoe - California - Kive beach

Although it looks pretty chilly with those snowy tops (and trust me, when the sun was gone it WAS really chilly), we enjoyed some quality beach time in our shorts and some even in bikini's during this sunny afternoon!
Another funny fact: a saying in South Lake Tahoe is that the first thing people get when they start livign there is a dog and a DUI (drinking under influence) - which is the truth!
The dog : people relation does seem to be pretty much 1:1 and I can definitely understand the DUI rate being so high after spending 2 nights in Tahoe ;-)
